I needed a tree removed. I went to get lunch for them. When I returned they were hauling off the largest section. The remaining logs were loaded on their truck. I was ignored about leaving the massive red oak. I never agreed to them taking the logs. I made them offload the remaining. I found out later that they had an agreement with a saw mill to obtain the very old oak tree for profit. I'm glad I stopped them from making a profit when they were already paid for the job

Neighbor scheduled to have work done with them. Got their number from neighbor. Called Charlie Bailey and we agreed to have them look at my tree and give me an estimate when they got to my neighbor’s house the following week. Never heard from them. I called twice and left messages both times. The second call I even asked them to just let me now if they were coming out, either way. I wasted a week because of Best Affordable Tree Svc.
