I must have gotten the most burnt up onion ring in the drive thru today..drove all the way from goose creek to spend $30
Amazing brisket and pulled pork! Got some to take home for dinner and it was beyond delicious. Wish they were closer to where we live!
We come all the time and love the food and the service. Great family restaurant.
Just left the place. Ribs were good and the hickory sauce was good. It however wasnt as good as the money I paid. The girl who took my order didnt know anything about the food and could not care less about being there. My son asked if he could do a sub on the sandwich basket and she simply said no. Which is fine but be a little more polite. I spent $52 for ok BBQ and bad service.
The ribs were the best. You've got to try them if you are in the neighborhood.
Ugh. I was really looking forward to lunch. After hearing how great Bessinger's is, since college I finally got to try it. And it wasn't great. The meat was bland. My cabbage was cold and so full of vinager it was nearly pickled. The fried green tomatoes had no salt or taste. After looking at the pictures of the smoked meat, I promise, that isn't what came out of the kitchen today.
