Let me clarify...the food is great when you get what you order. I utilize the drive-thru because no one else wants to go there. My order is right maybe half the time. Sometimes the coleslaw is spoiled or I ask for a roll then get cornbread. Today I ordered a platter and neither side was in the bag. Of course I was responsible for going back and getting the rest of the order after I got home. Not satisfied, however, I was offered an IOU.
Your Savannah Highway location could really take a lesson in customer service. I placed a larger order at 4pm to be ready at 6:45pm, to my surprise when I arrived at 6:45pm it was not ready and I did not leave your restaurant until nearly 7:15pm. Not once did someone apologize for my wait, or even take the time to say "we are running a little behind, it will be just one moment." A little kindness goes a long way in the service industry.... The food was fantastic but that does not make up for poor customer service.
Brisket was good . BBQ sauces were yummy !Lima beans were not, don't recommend . Chicken strips were small .
They packed up and shipped their sauce all the way to Oklahoma for me!! The original and spicy are both amazing!
Serve was super slow. Bbq was dry. Cornbread wad dry/old. Restaurant was dirty and dark! Very disappointed!
Fantastic food and wonderful service. Homemade cooking on a buffet is just something you don't see anymore... this hit the spot!!!
