I called in my order for 2 BBQ platters at 6:14pm. I was called back at 6:19pm to be informed that they were out of okra. I show up at what appears to be a drive thru to pick up my order. After waiting a good 3 minutes to be noticed by the 2 guys and a girl (one of whom was facing me) I was informed by the girl that I had to come in to pick up my order.
