I always enjoy the rec bc I come in speak, workout and leave. It's my daily time for me and my body. I hit it hard once a week but 4 days it's walking and toning.
I love this recreation center. I've been to several events here and took my granddaughter to play in the water area... she loved it. Great environment.
Gotta see for yourself. Exercise equipment is great, just can't get a little crowded at times
