Their POSTED exercise schedules are wrong; nobody sitting at the front desk is respectful; the center director and the facility director are always conveniently unavailable and not at work. Are they being paid with PUBLIC FUNDS? IF these always absent employees are city employees are they are getting paid to be at work and they are not at work, it is illegal to be paid government money and never be at work or doing your job. Don't trust their schedule. They have on the schedule that they have a 8:00 class when you get over here they don't know anything about the 8:00 class but they quick to accuse you of trying to sneak into the facility but when you ask about the class they're like they're not sure when the class is and that's a response anytime you ask them what happened to the class that's on the schedule their response is always they're not sure Tiffany's not here

The primary issue here is not any single interaction, but a broader breakdown in communication and operational clarity. I have arrived for scheduled classes only to learn—after entering the building and moving through the facility—that all classes had been canceled. There was no notice posted on the exterior doors or facebook, which would have prevented unnecessary time and effort and car gas depletion.
