We bought amazing doors from Bessemer and are extremely happy. Had to work through a maintenance issue but once we got the right people on the phone it was handled very quickly.
We love our door, it’s beautiful and they do amazing work; however, the door hardware broke and we have called and left almost a dozen messages and sent emails just trying to find the name of the hardware manufacturer so we can replace it. No one answers the phone when we call and have not received a response from our many voicemails and emails over more than a month. I would ensure you have specifics on all of the door parts once ordering so you can handle any maintenance without relying on follow up.
