i made an appointment - my first with Anthony- and had to cancel due to family emergency. and he never called back to reschedule though i was apologetic and perfectly cordial. i called again out of confusion, left another message asking to reschedule, and he certainly never responded. what a jerk. luckily i found a much nicer much more non judgemental, snobby hairstylist! there are many of them- so dont waste your time on a place like this.
