This review is just for meeting Besco for a quotation. They were very responsive and set up an appointment to replace a failing HVAC system. Bob, the sales rep, was attentive and proposed some solutions after listening and investigation some of the duct configuration issues that are part of the extended system. Most other (well rated) firms who have evaluated the set up just want to do a quick low cost switch-out without addressing related duct issues. So far, so good from Besco…
Great customer service from the call first thing in the morning, to getting someone out here… to Mac who gave us a thorough evaluation and explanation…
