They seem competent enough, but there’s no follow up. They came on a Saturday night during a heat wave when my AC broke. It needed a part, and despite me calling 3 times over a week and saying they’d follow up about ordering the part, they never did.
Great service great product. The whole team was really responsive and their follow ups have been great.
Very professional, helpfyl and they outperformed my expectations. Joe, Chris and Robert were amazing. I'd recommend highly.
