booked for a service on their website but they called that it's not available even tho their website says they have a full day availability DURING the time i booked. Maybe they give my slot to those who paid online during booking because they have that option aside from paying at the dealership on the day of servicing. Just a guess tho.
I bought Kluger from there in one year and take for service and it's underwarrety said battery is dead you have to buy new one warranty not cover ask for fuel consumption is high said book an appointment start price is 99 dollars take whole day then what this warranty for if pay for everything really disappointed I wish I didn't bought this from Toyota I take this issue with many community on social media most of them said Toyota is ripping off
