I simply called to inquire about insurance that this dental office accepts and was treated very poorly by the receptionist who works for Dr. Nathaniel Cook. I asked what type of insurance do they accept? And was told that they don't accept insurance. She then told me that they accept insurance but the patients are responsible for the co-pay, which confused me because she initially told me they don't accept Insurance. Dr. Ermish might have the rudest secretary ever. I called to schedule an appointment and I was overdue for a trip to the dentist. I was a patient with them in the past so I figured I would go back. She explained she was booked until the following month, but I asked her to schedule anyways. She asks for my insurance information and me being dumb gives her my medical insurance information.
