After some disappointing experiences with other BMW dealerships, we honestly didn’t have high expectations. But we were pleasantly surprised. The BMW dealership in Narre Warren has been the best dealership we have dealt with. Our service manager, Amber Watson was absolutely amazing — she showed genuine care, professionalism, and a real interest in helping us resolve our car issue. It was refreshing to feel valued as a customer.
