My son has been having bad allergies so we thought it may be the AC vents. Gave me a 3 hour window to come for cleaning vents. Said they would call 30 min before. Called at 10 after 1 and showed up 10 minutes later. Then left. Cause I didn't answer the phone. Show up next day 8 am say the vents don't need cleaning. Filter needs to be changed and there must be something wrong with your unit. Charge my wife $500.00 to spray anti bacterial in the vents. The cleaning was supposed to be $260.00.
