This is a good place to go for a quite luncheon. Ambience is good. View is spectacular. Food is enjoyable. Depends on your definition of fine dining this place to me is semi fine dining. Fine dining is where you have your own personal waiter which you do not get here. Service is good. Overall experience is enjoyable
