I've subscribed to Bertram Wireless for my in-home business for nearly 10-years. Admittedly the service has been remarkably stable and reliable - but problems do occur - and when they do it can be a very frustrating experience getting issues fixed. I only say I recommend Bertram if you have limited options for broadband speed internet. My options included Bertram, a cell hotspot, or satellite. the last two didn't work for me as they have limitations that didn't work for me since I work from home and my family likes to stream videos. Bertram at least doesn't have data limits and when it works, it's good. Trying to get line of sight from your roof to a Bertram antenna is not always easy. I can't rave enough about this company. Since moving to the country 17 years ago, we've have a few internet providers - starting way back when with dial up internet providers. Yikes! After going thru some growing pains, we've been with this internet provider for pretty much a decade and couldn't be happier. This company, and their staff are fantastic! We had an issue with our internet going in and out. Alex, the tech, came out and figured out it was definitely a router problem and also possibly a problem with where our antenna was located on our roof. He explained to me what he needed to do in order to fix our issues and also took the time to explain again to my husband via telephone. Because our router was no longer working, he left us with a company router until he could come back as he didn’t want us being without WiFi. He was very friendly and informative. So far so great , I just got service yesterday so I can't tell to much on that part. But the people selling it were awesome they helped me out w all my questions. And we're very nice. My guy that hooked me up was so helpful and nice he answered more questions and told me what may happen in spring ect.. so far very good I really hope it stays that way.
