RecommendedWhen I called and inquired about service the person on the phone was very helpful, told me all the different plans and the difference between them. When the tech came to set up he was very friendly and worked fast. He did a great job. I was happy with install and the speed seems to be doing pretty good so far.
Thought i could find a better deal somewhere else, BOY, WAS I WRONG. Now i am very excited to be back. There is no better deal than Bertram Wireless. Awesome customer service, kind and understanding. If you are having a problem, call technical support. They will help you, and very patient. will never leave them again, till death us do part. lol
