Run, don't walk if you are ever assigned this "physician." Not only is she unprofessional online (see screenshot from her public instagram account)! My elderly mother (a former physician herself) was treated as if ignorant and beneath this person and to top it off the Dr. berated her own staff so loudly in front of us! I could not believe my eyes! The lack of professionalism, decorum, class and care with her patients and staff are LACKING tremendously and there is NO reason this person should be a licensed physician! It has ... read more
Normally I wouldn't post a review, however, Dr. Hooks was not only rude to her staff she was rude and completely uncaring towards me.
Absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Hooks. It took over a month to hear back from their office. Poor customer service, and even worse management. I highly recommend against using this facility.
