We had our basement carpet and stairs cleaned by Jake from Berthoud Floor Covering and Carpet Cleaning. We own pets and had several spots to be cleaned. Jake is a true professional. He thoroughly discussed the cleaning process and price was very reasonable. He even gave us booties so that we could walk on the carpet until it dried. Our carpet is now stain-free and looks like new. We will definitely use this company again, and request Jake to do the work.

I highly recommend! They were so easy to work with, prompt, priced right and the installation was done very quickly and very professionally done. Everyone I dealt with were so nice, I’m so glad I chose to support a local business instead of using a big box store!

Berthoud Floor Covering did an awesome job installing our carpet, it was a very competitive price for everything. Mike was prompt, kind, and prepared when he came to do our measure. Alfredo showed up when he said he would each day (two day project) he worked hard and did so efficiently. Alfredo was very respectful of our house as well as to me. I looked at multiple companies before this project and I could not be happier with Berthoud Floor Covering. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

We had our carpets cleaned and Jake did an amazing job! He was professional and personable. Our carpets looked better than the day we moved into our home after having them cleaned by another company. Would highly recommend Berthoud Floor and Carpet Cleaning!!!

I have used this company several times in the past to clean the carpets on my rental, this year we decided to have them do our home as well. I cannot express how amazing they are to work with. They have some of the best customer service, competitive prices and did an outstanding job on our 6 year old "builder grade" carpet. Thank you so much for making our floors look brand new again!

We had our carpet replaced in our living room and hall. Great customer service and all went well. Yesterday we were to have carpet replaced in our family room at 9:30. Received a call from Donna stating the carpet was still in Denver and she was told it could be delivered to be installed on Monday. She told them that was unacceptable. She had Alfred (nicest guy) come install pad and had one of her carpet cleaners drive to Denver to pick up the carpet. It got installed yesterday as planned just at a different time. I love the way my carpets look! I was very impressed! Jake showed up right on time and got right to work! He told me about the equipment and the way it works! My carpets look new!! He even got out some spilled wax and cat pee... I'm super impressed with the outcome and will be using them again! I can't thank you enough!!
