Fast, friendly and reasonable. My new go to florist.
I ordered a plant for a funeral with flowers and that is not what was delivered. They delivered a larger plant. I was very specific when I ordered that I did not want an extra large plant. I wanted the combination of plant and flowers. Irene would not refund me the difference she would only give me the option of a credit of $20 for a future order or they could go pick up the plant from a grieving family and exchange it for what I ordered. Complete rip off and soured my Mother's Day flowers. I paid $45 for a few tacky neon blue dyed flowers and a single rose with no vase. I paid this much for actual quality non neon dyed tacky flowers with a vase at real vendors but ordered from here in a pinch. Would not recommend to anyone, see photo. Buyer beware.
I just spoke to Alicia Ruiz for a floral order and she created a wonderful experience, even with my million questions, she was kind, patient and accomodating! Thank you Alicia!!!
