As first time home buyers, yes it was a bit scary but with a professional like Bertha, she made it seem so smooth, easy, and most importantly she made us feel so comfortable and confident on our purchase. There was never any pressure or any rush, she answered all of our questions, pointed out little things that a first time buyer would not normally see.
