I bought a c.p.o 2018 Jeep GC in 2021. Less than a year i had to replace a evap line and about a year after I bought it, 4 tires. Then my speed sensor was being worn by the tire and finally caused a cel to come on. When I took the tire off, the brake hose was twisted from when they changed the pads last, but this is a c.p.o I thought. Shouldn't that been checked? Instead it was sold to me for top dollar. I have take my Dodge Durango 2021 three times for fix the same problem, the start button. I have spend a lot of money taking **** because they said they don't have loners. Not including the cost of the two truck, that I have to pay because all four wheels are locked, none of the insurance have a "dolly". I just want my car fix properly.
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Bertera Dodge Westfield, Ma., regarding false advertising practices. On Saturday, March 16, 2024, I responded to an advertisement from Bertera Dodge Westfield, MA, promoting a lease deal on a Jeep ***** / JLXL74 at a specified monthly rate. However, upon visiting the dealership and discussing the terms of the lease, I discovered that the actual price offered was significantly higher than what was advertised.
I've had a recent problem with their Service Dept. I brought my 2017 Jeep Compass 4 WD in for a repair of a "Speed Sensor" issue. I knew what the issue was and authorized the to fix it. They said the vehicle needed a wheel hub, possibly a Speed sensor and a new Axle half-shaft. The axle shaft sounded funny to me but when I questioned them, their Service Writer stated that there was apiece "attached" to the shaft that was causing part of the issue and that the axle was absolutely necessary. Never buy from these scam artists. They sold me a certified used car, when I went to get it inspected the DLC for checking emissions was missing. The local dodge dealer confirmed that there was no way that part was there when we purchased the car. My wife called them for over a week to resolve this. When we finally spoke to a manager they said too bad. Dodge should pull their right to sell certified cars.
