My experience today was outstanding. From the time I came in this morning everybody was very helpful especially Fitzy. As for Fitzy, he was awesome in every way. In the future I will be reommending Bertera Dodge to any and everybody. Extremely satisfied.
Danielle was very courteous and polite. She was not pushy. Very easy to talk to, up front with questions we asked. She also knew all the answers to our questions, was very helpful to get us into the payment we could afford. We would recommend Danielle to anyone.
This is the second vehicle I bought from Nick in a 3 month period. I was told to look for other vehicles elsewhere but I said no! I'm going back to Nick in Westfield. I would recommend him and the dealership everyday!

My husband and I were going to start looking for a new Jeep Cherokee. we were not going to buy a car until we "shopped around." However, with the attention, experience and deal we received from Steve. We signed on the dotted line that day. He treated us professionally and we left he personally wanted us to get the best deal possible. My husband and I were very pleased.
