I will open this review with how my son (24 yo on the autism spectrum) described his experience, "horrible, worst doctor visit ever." I had a call with the anesthesiologist prior to this appointment to understand their approach, share our concerns and also shared suggestions for what we knows works best for our son for starting with new providers. I was in severe pain and Bertagnolli had no clue what was wrong. He offered to extract the tooth, but recommended I see a specialist first. But his one and only specialist in all of CO was leaving on vacation, so he told me to tough it out and wait. Wait out agony for one week!!! Absurd. So I found a new dr who cared enough to help. Asked proper questions. Diagnosed the problem. Cured my pain in 2 days. Saved me $2000. And Bertagnolli refused to send my new dentist my X-rays, showing how little they care about their patients... read more
