I recently leased an i4 from this dealership and the whole process was chaotic. They made me unnecessarily wait so that they could make me agree to a bad deal. They overcharged the interest rate compared to what was being offered by BMW FS. They told me that the higher rate is the current rate but when I went back home, it was lower and would make a material difference in the payment per month.
