Bert smith is a joke and their service department is horrible!!!! Every time you call the service department, you can never get through to anyone because they constantly sends you to voicemail, leave a message and no one calls back. If you ask the staff a question most of them seems clueless. Bert smith SUCKKKKKKSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!
