When it comes to selling you a vehicle they call you and never drop the ball. Yet when it comes to reissuing a check from the gap insurance check they drop the ball. I been going to The office for 3 weeks for a check of a little over 230 bucks. Not much but with todays gas prices it helps. Today i was told that they would cut the check today and that it would be ready next week. Thats what they told me last week and the week before . Called and was told that I pre qualified for a 2.9 percent rate that was a bunch of garbage. I was told my payment wouldnt change and as soon as I get my numbers the payment was double . These people at this dealership are a bunch of liars and will say anything to get you in and then tell you the total opposite . Two weeks ago, the vehicle suffered a major mechanical failure that left me stranded in the middle of the street. While the vehicle is currently in the shop under warranty, the service department has failed to provide a loaner vehicle or a comparable transportation solution.
