My individual therapist was wonderful, and I truly felt I made great progress while working with her. Please tell me how it's okay for the front desk to pick the phone up and then hang up immediately afterwards everytime??
They lay off my case manager who does exemplary work and then replace him with someone who can't even take me to a doctors appointment leaving me to either uber or rely on someone on the transitions team. I cannot recommend anyone seek services here and I will be surprised if they are still open by years end if this is the type of service they consider acceptable while laying off people who do excellent work. My time with psychiatrists and therapists are fine but the case management team is a dumpster fire. lay off people an... read more
