I had a very bad experience with this office. I purchased Tom Ford and Maui Jim prescription sunglasses from them. I realized overpricing only at the time of my 2nd purchase. I compared the frame prices with other optometry in San Jose and online portal. These were available at a much better price there. My family and I no longer will be patients here. Their automated scheduling system caused a problem for us today and the manager of that system made no apologies and tried to deflect blame to my wife. Customer service 101: your customer is always correct. And you never blame your customer. I have been a customer here for over 15 years. They lost me and both of my children today. We will not return.
They had very friendly staff. I have been going there since I was a little girl, and I'm going to be 23 later this year. All in all, great experience.
Every time I've come here everyone seems to be polite and greet me with a smile. Very professional staff.
Dr. Lim is amazing! I had the best eye exam ever! Wendy and Ben were so helpful and helped me pick out the cutest glasses. I promise to post pics once I receive them in a few weeks. The eye exam was thorough and they explained everything in words I could understand. They definitely have the family atmosphere vibe to make you feel at ease. If you are looking for a new optometrist with a great staff, I definitely suggest you come check them out!
