Words can’t express my gratitude for the thoughtfulness and exceptional customer service from John today. I was heading out of town today and had an issue with my car. Despite being fully booked John squeezed me into to take a look so I could get back in the road. It turned out they need to replace missing bolts from my undercarriage shielding. Got a nail in my tire during peak tire change season. My dealership wasn’t able to help for another month. I dropped off my tire the next morning at Berrydale, and they had it fixed by that afternoon and put it back on for me no problem. Super reasonable price, and Hamish and Don were very friendly and accommodating! Thanks!
