What a beautiful getaway in the mountains! We were there in September for our 53rd Anniversary and were there 3 years ago for our 50th. Berry Springs is the nicest place we have ever stayed! It is so clean, the hospitality is great, and the food is delicious! The owners and staff will go out of their way to make sure their guests are treated so well! Thanks so much!

Just returned a few weeks ago to another fabulous stay at Berry Springs Lodge! We have been coming to the Smokies for a long time now and found this gem of a B&B four years ago and now will not stay anywhere else but here. Patrick, Sue and Melissa are the most gracious hosts the grounds are beautiful the sunrise over the ridge is spectacular and the breakfast and nightly dessert are wonderful! The lodge, rooms and hot tubs are all super clean. Once you visit you will be hooked too!
This is the cream of the crop for B&Bs ... the true standard that all should aspire to be like. The food is fabulous, the rooms are extraordinary and very clean, there are so many fun things to do right here on the property and the views are breath taking. But even as good as all of that is, the best part is truly the hospitality. Patrick, Suzie and Melissa are the nicest and most genuine people you will ever meet. They go way out of their way to make sure you thoroughly treasure your time here.
We have stayed two different occasions that totalled 5 nights. Out of about 10 different b&b we have stayed, berry springs was the best by far.
The most awesome place ever! Went there in June and enjoyed this place so much that we booked a room for October before we had even checked out. Views are beautiful. Breakfast served daily and desserts that are put out nightly are delicious. Rooms are amazing!
This was our first visit to a bed and breakfast, we picked this place to have our wedding. And it was perfect, I always am worried booking things online that it won't be anything like what the pictures look like, Berry springs likes to impress because we were wowed, the housekeeper checked us in and gave us the tour and was very helpful, Patrick catered to anything we needed for the wedding. Staying here was the best experience we've had staying anywhere. It is such a beautiful, relaxing and quiet setting. The lodge is wonderful and homey and it seems they have thought of everything to make their guests stay enjoyable. Sue's breakfasts and daily desserts are so very delicious and Patrick is a great host. We can't wait to come back!
