The communication between Landlord and Tenant is despicable! Also, they will lie to try and trap you into their lease agreements. Nothing gets fixed unless you contact the contractor directly. Getting involved with them was the biggest mistake this year! Then when I brought to Mr. Adkins attention I was not behind on my rent, like he tried to tell my potential new realtor, he hung up on me and just like that I cannot even view another property because he lied!
I had the best experience working with Julian Mei and Mary Rives Brown! I highly recommend Berry-Elliott for all of your real estate needs. Communication, knowledge and attentiveness was top notch!
