We were there the week before Christmas. We just wanted to get away from all the holiday hustle & bustle before having a busy Christmas weekend. We had a great stay and our children are expecting us to make this an annual tradition :).
My friends and I needed a getaway from Loyola, so we sought out for a weekend cabin trip! We were looking for something remote and cozy away from the city and with Berry Creek that is exactly what we got..
The owners were very friendly. Even though they live there, we only saw them at check-in and check-out. Other than that we were left completely on our own (although I'm sure they would have helped us if we had any questions or issues). We loved having that solitude.
Family, friendly, and pet friendly quiet lovely and I would recommend this campground to everyone. Owners David and Cindy are great host. They have a hot tub, horse shoes, fishing and a bar with a pool table at no cost. It's just the perfect quiet get away.

My boyfriend needed a quick get away. So quiet and serene. The owner is very nice and makes you feel right at home. The cabin was cozy and clean, equipped with all the amenities that you need for a cabin. All of the cabins are a good distance from each other. The best part about this place is the common area. Great for cooking out and relaxing. Not far from tubing and white sands lake. Can't wait to go back
