The owners were very friendly. Even though they live there, we only saw them at check-in and check-out. Other than that we were left completely on our own (although I'm sure they would have helped us if we had any questions or issues). We loved having that solitude.
My friends and I needed a getaway from Loyola, so we sought out for a weekend cabin trip! We were looking for something remote and cozy away from the city and with Berrycreek that is exactly what we got.. We had eight people stay in the Freedom cabin (which was huge). The cabin was beautiful and had a ton of room. We loved Red, the owner's dog! She protected us on our nature trail walk. I just fell in love with the big oak tree and the cabins there. The price was well worth it, the decor we had just set the scene just right! It is just an amazing place to have an outdoor wedding!! And Mr. Dave did great with working out payment arrangements and very patient with me! We will be making arrangements for a one year wedding anniversary and making it a tradition. I totally reccomend this place for a wedding!!
The cabin, the Lumberjack, was well used comfy, a/c worked when needed.

We rented the Freedom Cabin at Berry Creek for a Birthday trip. The owner Dave was very nice and the cabins were clean and well equipt. There was a lot of outdoor space for building a fire, grilling, playing sports and just hanging out. We all loved it and plan to return soon.
Very relaxing place to stay with family. Very clean and would recommend to anyone.
I stayed here with a large group of friends last weekend and it was awesome! The cabins are well outfitted for a short stay, having a full kitchen helped alot, the owners were very friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tub and entertainment area with a room that made the perfect dj booth. The beds weren't exactly posturpedic but we weren't there to sleep anyway and we were able to sleep a very large group between the cabins.
