Man bun John is detriment to this company. He wears flip flops on the job site, won't wear a helmet cause it will mess up his hair, and cruises around in a golf cart picking at insignificant things with workers. He challenges the pride of subcontracted staff till they quit or defend themselves, at which point he fires them, making any company subcontracted under his supervision on the loosing side of the contract.
