It's a game fam
New owners Bob and Joe are great! Always communicative and helpful. The location is fairly private and quiet and all of the other tenants are good people. Great as a starter place or a long term living situation!
The new owners are awesome! Joe and Bob are good, honest people! They’re approachable and great communicators. We stayed here for 3 years. Any time we had an issue it was always taken care of in a timely manner. They are in the process of renovating apartments as tenants move out. The rent is affordable. Something I will forever be grateful for. Very old building and no sound barrier. Lived on 1st floor and had active neighbors with up to 7 people over often above me. Had TV turned up to 100 decibels and still heard noise above that. Told to call cops on them 3 times by landlord, and they would not renew their lease, but Grayslake police don't care. 2 units that I know of have had mice issues, and landlords at one time offered to pay residents to photograph non-resident license plates who illegally used dumpsters.
