ATTENTION: I have seen all of these addresses POSTED on this site for about 3 weeks. They charged me 2x $30.00= $60.00. I wonder how many people have paid them for a credit check on these apartments and did not get the apt. In my opinion this is a good hustle but what about the people who hire them to rent these places are they aware of this.WOW if you just take one aplication on all 17 properties listed a day = $510.00 x 5 = $2,550.00 Watch their listing see if any of these places are taken off the list and how long it take... read more

I managed a unit for Berro for four years, before I moved out of California, I think it is a good company. The front desk person needed a little bit more training on her services she was very rude, but you always get a direct number to your manger at Berro and of your complex manager, yes It would take sometimes a couple days for him to ge back t to me, but I was not the only complex he mangaged, and I am sure if you have a big problem you could go to the Apt association..

For the last two and a half years we have been using the services of your company for the management of our rental property. We have been satisfied with you ever since Norma was paced in charge of our apartments. As a supervisor she has been managing my property with professionalism and I would recommend to other owners that she be given the chance to prove herself with their property as well.

I am very pleased with your services and the courtesy of all the staff that I met. I especially thank Scott and Karlen as they are so helpful. I would like to send a big thanks to Scott for taking over when I was ill. Scott and I planned a day to have the painters star painting the outside of the building. I went into the hospital for about twelve to fourteen days and when I returned home I found the building painted.
