If only every business was as service-oriented as this one. I have worked with Berries for more than 3 years. First, as a hearing aid provider for my brother, and they have been wonderful to work with over the years. I also recently purchased prescription glasses there. I'd rather deal directly with a provider so I can actually check the fit and look, rather than on-line which could be chancy on both those counts.
