They stopped my food stamps on a Saturday. The following Monday I get a letter telling me they want more information. The very same information I gave them the month before. I tried calling my case worker and got no answer and her voice mail was full. I tried calling her manager and got no answer but was able to leave a message. I don't expect a call back.
