In the past three weeks as we have prepared for this, I have witnessed the many hours and dedication that our health officer and her immediate staff has sacrificed for the health of Berrien County. My brother David Shepherd Was Just In His Fifties Had A Stroke And Was Recovering In A Nursing Home I Believe In Niles Michigan. He’d Get Sick And Have To Go To The Hospital From Dehydration Get Better Go Back And Get Sick Again. He Died From Dehydration. How Do We Know ? When They Embalmed Him, They Couldn’t Get Any Blood Out . I’d Quit Taking My Medication Before I’d Go To Any Nursing Home .... FIX THEM .... WE ARE NOT ANIMALS....
