Katelyn was great ! Quick and easy
We have had a squirrel taking space in our attic off and one for a couple of years. Berrit Pest Control(via Noah) did a great job explaining what they would do, and Raul was thorough I know from the time he started until he left, hearing him do the work while I was home. He is very polite with great service as well.
They have been helping me with an ant problem for over three weeks without any improvement. It is difficult to schedule service because they only do time windows. The tech during my second service left without saying anything. Only giving 2/5 because the people on the phone are kind and considerate.
I had given them a five-star review, but I'm changing that. There was no same day or next day service as they advertise, I had to wait several days to get an appointment on last Saturday. I needed them to treat my house inside and outside for fleas. I did everything I was supposed to do I raked the yard away from my house and I watered the ground inside I picked everything up off the floor I carted the cats out to the shed while giving them capstar to take care of any fleas on them this was quite an ordeal.
