We spent hours prepping our home to get treated, given a two-hour window of arrival for service, and haven't received treatment. When calling to check the tech's arrival time, the dispatcher couldn't provide an ETA. Unprofessional, I do not recommend using it in the future. Update: On the technician's arrival, he went right to work. Very knowledgeable and shared insights on how to keep the pest away. Treatment went overall smoothly and no issues.
