We've been using Berrett Pest Control for about a year now. They've always been super responsive and thorough. For example, Ryan Wilson came out for us today and found the source of a nest that I couldn't find for the life of me. Taking that extra time to find the source instead of just doing a general spray is the kind of work we've gotten over and over from the team. I highly recommend them for any bug needs.
I worked with Letha. She was fabulous. A she covered all the pest control issues I had at reasonable prices. She was thorough giving me the name and description of the man who woud be my tech person every month. I really appreciate that it's the same person every month. I actually enjoyed talking with Letha. Very excellent customer service indeed.
Chris with Berrett pest Control was very quick to send someone out to help us when we had a problem with ants. I highly recommend them.
