After the initial inspection, quote and upfront payment, they didn’t show up for scheduled appointments, showed up without appointments, failed to take care of the mice, and stopped following up despite failing to do their job. $400 down the drain.

I am about 75% positive I found your account. It appears we came out there multipe times back in January and February. I haven't seen that you have called us since then. Did another issue resurface? We don't know there is an issue if we aren't told there is one. You can call our office, and we will see if we can help.

Efficient, friendly service. They continued to come until the rodents were definitely gone from our attic!
Kenneth the technician is friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He answered all of my questions and was very thorough and professional. My experience has been excellent so far with everyone at Berrett's Pest Control. Great customer service!
BPC has good customer service in addressing an concerns via ph. This week we had indoor service.The Technician wore A heavy protective gear during service., which please me the customer. I think it protects the Custoner & the technician I did notice the gear had a Strong odor. Could hv been pesticide, not sure. The odor lingered In my home for a while. I used Lysol spray to remove it. My Suggestion for BPC & technicians is To Disinfect the heavy apparatus they wear after each home service. I realize this may be a bit more wo... read more
