Wow! We are FANS here at the Maryland Music Academy. The cheerful service and FAST repairs were just in time. In a heatwave of July, a broken air conditioner threatened to shut us down. Carl Neimeyer and his technicians turned our teachers and students from miserable-to-joyous in short order. Another company mis-diagnosed our HVAC problem, and gave us a 4 week delay, while parts could be researched, ordered and delivered.
