I had a terrible experience with Bernuth and added to this i tried conversing with one of the employees there and she was very rude and hang up the phone. Bernuth needs to have some effective training on customer service and to be able to have staff whom are customer service oriented, starting from the V.P (T.P)
I had bad experience with Bernuth in terms their customer service. 3 months passed since I made the claim for a damaged shipment and no response from their agents in St. Maarten. They will say they will call and never call or let you know what is status of your claim. Another time I lost a remote for car while shipping but at the end they didn't receive it before shipping. Their dealing are not straight forward.
