I was very disappointed. I initially went for a skin condition, which was being addressed. When I requested an all over skin exam, it was the quickest one I ever had. I don't remember what I said, but as he left the room he said" oh, I don't think you will ever get skin cancer." I mentioned to the nurse about the exam being the fastest one I ever had, she said " oh, he's good,fast and knows what he's looking for. " I thought that may be true, but he has to look! I did not feel like Sr. Bernstein took the time to do thorough body check had to call and go back 2 weeks later to complete body check. Was so focused on my wart being cut off didn't finish with my concerns.. The floor of the exam room was filthy as well. ... things sticking to the bottom of my bare feet while changing into gown...and I felt like Dr. Bernstein was very rude when I went back 2nd time...I also asked them if I would be billed for the 2nd visit and receptionist said I would have to talk to back office...I do not... read more

This makes me sad to write this because I used to really like this practice. I've had a skin condition since i was a teenager and know what typically works for it. I was handed off to their PA and she said the initial diagnosis from the doctor was wrong and I tried using several creams and lotions she prescribed. None of them worked, and I finally switched practices and the new place prescribed what had always worked for me in the past.
