I live in one of their buildings within SOMA on Clementina Street for approximately 10 months when this review was written. For new tenants, I would avoid leasing from their properties. Management of the building is subpar. Hallways and share spaces (laundry, parking garage, rooftop) are constantly dirty and have garbage present. Elevator was broken and took 5 weeks to repair. I lived around an apt around Clemetina St. The service has been good so far. Maintenance requests are taken care of within time. No issues in my building. Great tele-support from Bernstein Realty.

I'm convinced all the positive reviews on here are fake. I have never had such a negative experience with a leasing agency. Incredibly and utterly unprofessional, dishonest, and greedy. Upon moving into the apartment our washer & drying unit was broken before we had even moved in. Not only were they aware of this, but they made absolutely no effort to fix it, and it took close to 4 months to get a functioning laundry unit.
