I have been going to Dr. Bernsdorf for over 10 years. Most of the time, I have been satisfied with his work. Customer service is fairly good. However, I am not happy with a crown that was done recently. I noticed that it had a gap in it. I was experiencing a lot of sensitivity where the crown was for over a year after the work was done. I asked about redoing it and was told that it cannot be redone and that I should just use sensitivity toothpaste. I am concerned that food could get trapped in it and cause later problems. To sum up my opinion of this Dr. I have told my two daughters that he is the best and they should see him. A very honest Dr. who has displayed a high level of integrity.
DR IS A GREAT DENTIST... GREAT PERSONALITY AND VERY COMFORATABLE TO GO TO
very bad job done on root canal search ...was looking in the wrong direction...not much tooth left...might have to do a bridge in the future
Not as gentle as he could be. Does NOT use 50% gold in crowns.
Dr. Bernsdorf did my implants on two upper teeth. I had very little pain and no problems with the crowns on the implants.
