Had an initial consultation with Dr. Behzad Bernous today. He is very kind and thoughtful, as are the two people working at the front desk. It’s a very clean space that also invites relaxation. (You almost feel like you’re waiting for a massage appointment.) I have a couple follow up appointments and I look forward to them!
I am having lots of billing issues with this office. They build my primary insurance, but did not build my secondary insurance after more than a month of them going back-and-forth. I was able to get them to build my secondary insurance but now they’re telling me my secondary insurance did not pay even though I have confirmation from my secondary insurance and primary insurance that everything has been paid.
