なかなか予約が取れないベルニーニ✨ 美味しく頂きました
Great food, modern, nice ambiance. CON: We've heard about the upscale ambience but nothing good memorable every time we visited from these two Japanese women ( only ) staffs. Trying to be elite but disappointed because the service is iffy at best, with NO warmth hospitality. My Japanese partner felt that these two are only nice to their regular customers and famous people. We thought these Japanese women could use significant improvement. 味とお店の雰囲気は良いが日本人のスタッフの接客に毎回不愉快な思いをさせられる。常連客は大切にしているとは思いますが。。。
