Called on Thursday to make 2 appts for back to school cuts for my boys. Was told he isn't taking appts on Saturday, he will be taking them as they come. My husband shows up 15 minutes before they open just to be told he wasn't taking walk ins Because hes only doing appts today! He's a great barber....one of the best in Hernando County (I know because I have taken my boys every where in search of the best) but he definitely lacks customer service skills. Bernie is the best barber in Spring Hill Florida. I've been getting my hair cut with him for a while now. He cut's my toddlers hair as well. If you are looking for a new barber give him a shot you won't be disappointed.
