We sold our house last fall and signed with Bernie to make that happen. She had experience with selling another house in our neighborhood and had creative ideas for positioning our house in the best light for potential buyers, even before we signed the agreement! I can't put it in words how lucky I was to find Bernie in helping me sell my home. She was very caring and attentive to my concerns always checking in to see if I was doing ok. Bernie knows her profession very well and I trusted her through all the steps even when at times some unexpected things came up. She handled them and things went smooth. It's impossible to put into words how much Bernie's positivity and support meant to me during the sale of my home.
